01. 1. Heard Mr. R.L. Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for
the appellant-husband.
2. The appellant-husband, as the petitioner before the
learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur, instituted Civil
Proceeding No.192 of 2024 under Section 13 of the Hindu
Marriage Act, 1955, seeking a decree of divorce in respect of
his marriage with the respondent-wife, which was solemnized
on 20.04.2022.
3. After hearing the parties and considering the materials
adduced before it by them, the learned Judge, Family Court,
Jagatsinhpur by the impugned judgment dated 05.03.2026
dismissed the said Civil Proceeding No.192 of 2024 on
contest.
