delay of 75 days in filing the 2nd appeal vide RSA
No.105 of 2021.

counsel for the Opposite Party No.4 and learned counsel
for the Opposite Party No.1 are present.

in order to substitute his legal heirs.

weeks after making it clear that, if on or before the next
date, required step shall be taken on behalf of the
