    2. This revision petition has been filed by the
petitioner challenging the order dated 27.11.2024
passed by the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge,
    Bhubaneswar in C.T. Case No.330 of 2002 (A), whereby
the application moved by the petitioner under Section
227 Cr.P.C. seeking discharge has been turned down.

    3. Mr. Singh, learned Senior Counsel appearing for
the petitioner extensively argued the matter taking this
Court to the documents enclosed with the petition. He
submitted that in the earlier round this Court although

not inclined to entertain the petitioner’s prayer seeking
quashing the cognizance order dated 05.06.2023,
however relegated the parties to move with a prayer
before the learned trial court seeking discharge. It was
also directed that the learned court below shall deal with
all the issues, as has been raised by the petitioner in
that petition. Taking into the impugned order, Mr. Singh
pointed out that the learned trial court after referring to
the judgment cited by the parties abruptly arrived at the
conclusion that prima facie case is made out against the
petitioner without delving upon the issues raised by the
    petitioner.
