1. The present application has been filed under Section 528 of
the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section
482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) seeking permission to place
on record the counter affidavit on behalf of the applicant-complainant
along with Annexures C-1 to C-27. The applicant has further prayed for
exemption from filing certified copies of the said annexures and has also
sought permission to place on record their true translated copies, typed
copies and photocopies in the present form, besides seeking exemption
from filing true typed copies thereof.
