1. Heard Mr. Balaji Srinivasan, learned counsel for the
appellant and Mr. Amit Kumar Das, learned senior counsel, NIA.
2. This appeal is directed against the order dated
21.06.2014 passed in Misc. Criminal Application No. 754/2024
arising out of Tandwa P.S. Case No. 02/2016 in connection with
Special NIA Case No. 03/2018 by the learned Special Judge, N.I.A.
at Ranchi whereby and whereunder the prayer for defreezing
operation for transaction made of the petitioner’s bank account in
Jharkhand Gramin Bank, Bahera, Chatra Account No.
301210110000274 as also for quashing of the letter dated
16.05.2020 issued by the General Manager, CCL, Piparwar Area,
Chatra to stop all types of compensation (land, tree, pond and
others) and other resettlement and rehabilitation benefit, which is
to be disbursed as per the genealogical chart to Late Choudhary
Ganjhu and his family members including the petitioner has been
rejected.
