    Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

    APP for the State.

    2. Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 through both modes i.e.

    under registered cover with A/D as well as under ordinary

    process, for which requisites etc. must be filed within two

    weeks.

    3. List this case on 08.07.2026.

    4. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maranga

    PS Case No. 55 of 2026 instituted for the offences under

    Sections 143, 145, 144, 64, 70, 61(2) & 3(5) of the BNS, under

    Section 3, 4, 5 & 6 Of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act,

    under Section 75 and 79 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and
    Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34122 of 2026(2) dt.20-05-2026

    Protection of Children) Act and under Sections 4, 6, 8, 12 and

    17 of the POCSO Act.

    5. The allegation is that a brothel house was being run

    and the petitioner was arrested from the place.

    6. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

    petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the

    present case. He further submits that he was onlooker. The

    petitioner bears no criminal antecedent and he is in custody

    since 20.02.2026.

    7. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed

    the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

    8. Considering that the petitioner had no role in running

    the brothel house and he may be an onlooker at the time of raid,

    during pendency of the instant case this Court is inclined to

    grant provisional bail to the petitioner.

    9. Let the petitioner be released on provisional bail, till

    the matter is finally adjudicated by this court, on furnishing

    bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of

    the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned Court in

    connection with Maranga PS Case No. 55 of 2026.

    10. It is made clear that any observation made herein is

    prima facie in nature and limited solely for the purpose of
    Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34122 of 2026(2) dt.20-05-2026

    adjudication of the present bail application. Such observations

    shall not be construed as an expression on the merits of the case

    and shall not influence the trial or any other proceedings in any

    manner.
