    01.   1.      Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
          learned counsel for the State.
    

    2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in
    connection with Special G.R. Case No.21 of 2023
    pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge,
    Sonepur, arising out of Tarava P.S. Case No.296 of
    2023 for commission of offence punishable under
    Sections 363/ 366/ 34/ 376(2)(n)/ 376(3)/ 506 of
    IPC read with section 6 of POCSO Act.

    3. It is stated by the learned counsel that the
    Petitioner has been implicated in the case at hand
    only because he is the uncle of the principal accused.

    4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner undertakes
    to implead the informant as Opposite Party No.2.
    Consolidated cause title be filed by 01.08.2026.

    5. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is requested
    to serve an extra copy of the brief on the learned
    counsel for the State by 01.08.2026, who is
    requested to serve the notice on the informant
    through the I.O. indicating that the matter shall be
    taken up on 01.09.2026.

    6. List this matter on 01.09.2026. Learned
    counsel for the State is called upon to obtain the Case
    Diary in the meanwhile.

    7. As an interim measure, it is directed that the
    Petitioner shall not be taken into custody in
    connection with the aforesaid case, till the matter is
    taken up.

    8. It is needless to say that the Petitioner shall
    cooperate with the Investigating Agency.

    9. Copy of this order be made over to the learned
    counsel for the State to do the needful.
