As per the report of the Registry, record of HCP No. 13/2007 stands
attached to the file whereas with regard to petition under Section 491
Cr.PC bearing No. 9/2006, it is reported that the same has been
damaged in the floods of 2014, as such, the same could not be produced.
Await appearance of the petitioner.
