    1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

    2. This is an application for modification of the

    judgment/order dated 22.01.2026 passed by this Court in

    W.P.(C) No.10434 of 2025.

    3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that this

    Court, in its judgment dated 22.01.2026, has observed in

    paragraph-24c. that “in the event the decision is adverse, the

    Petitioner shall be granted not less than six months’ time

    thereafter to vacate the land peacefully, so as to make alternative

    arrangements for the students”.

    the aforesaid observation will cause serious prejudice to the

    Petitioner’s school and the Petitioner will be unable to

    challenge the decision in the event it is adverse. It is further

    submitted that, in case the decision is adverse, the

    Petitioner has the remedy to challenge the same before the

    higher authority or the appropriate Court. Accordingly, she

    prays for modification of the observation made in

    paragraph 24c. of the judgment dated 22.01.2026.

    5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer.

    6. After hearing learned counsel for the respective parties

    and considering the averments made in the I.A., this Court

    is inclined to modify the judgment dated 22.01.2026 to the

    extent that, in paragraph 24c., the observation made as

    “thereafter to vacate the land peacefully so as to make

    alternative arrangements for the students” shall be

    substituted and read as “so as to take the required legal

    recourse available to them under law.”

    7. With this modification, the remaining parts of the

    judgment/order dated 22.01.2026 shall remain unaltered.

    8. Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.

    9. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per Rules.
