Present third petition has been filed under Section 483 of the
Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of
SPONSORED
regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 102, dated 18.05.2022,
registered under Sections 22, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act, 1985, at Police Station
Lopoke, Amritsar.
2. The gravamen of the FIR in question pertains to the alleged
recovery of 1,500 intoxicant tablets, weighing 490.5 grams, containing
Tramadol Hydrochloride salt, from the petitioner.
