1. The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No.308/2014 dated
19.05.2014 registered at Police Station Anand Vihar for offences punishable
under Sections 288/338/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
2. The facts of the case would indicate that M/s Nask Realtors Pvt. Ltd.
had awarded work relating to the installation of a Fire Fighting System at
Shoppers Stop, Shahdara, Delhi to M/s S.D. MEP Services, of which
petitioner no.2 is a partner.
3. Thereafter, the execution of labour work was sub-contracted to M/S
Firetek Fabrication, a proprietary concern of petitioner no. 3. Petitioner no. 1
was working as Project Engineer in a supervisory capacity, whereas
petitioner no.4 was an employee of the sub-contractor.
