This appeal challenges the judgment and order
dated 04.11.2025 passed by the High Court of
Judicature at Bombay, Circuit Bench at Kolhapur in
Criminal Bail Application No.2560/2025.
The appellant herein has been booked for the
crime registered pursuant to FIR No. 294/2017 dated
25.11.2017 lodged with Pangri Police Station,
District Solapur Rural with respect to offences
punishable under Sections 302, 307, 120B, 147, 148,
149, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (“IPC”) and
under Sections 4 and 25 of the Arms Act, 1959.
