    4. Four persons were apprehended. From the possession of this petitioner
    1.3Kg of opium was recovered. From the possession of the other accused
    persons namely Nanku Kumar 2.4kg, Anil Dangi 2.1kg and Rakesh Kumar
    2.4kg opium was recovered. More than 8Kg opium was recovered from the
    spot from this petitioner and other accused persons who were named in the
    FIR.

    5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to allow this
    application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection
    with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 187 of 2025 pending in the court of Principal
    District & Session Judge-cum Special Judge, NDPS, Hazaribagh stands
    rejected.

    4. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 23.03.2026 with a
    liberty to renew his prayer, after framing of charge.

    5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been
    completed and charges have been framed.

    6. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.

    7. Considering the fact that charges have been framed, I am inclined to allow this
    application. Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail
    on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of
    the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, East
    Singhbhum, Jamshedpur in connection with Mango Police Station Case No. 03 of
    2026 (S.T. No. 158 of 2026), subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be a

    2. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under
    Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Surakhsa Sanhita, 2023 for
    modification of para 8 of order dated 21.2.2024 passed in W.P. (Cr.)
    No. 592 of 2023.

    3. W.P. (Cr.) No. 592 of 2023 was filed under Article 226 of the
    Constitution wherein a prayer was made for a direction upon
    respondent no.2 to clear the obstruction on the road/passage used by the
    petitioner and the villagers for more than 20 yrs. Petitioner was
    claiming easementry rights by virtue of an order of Executive Court.

    4. During course of argument, it was brought to the notice that a in
    Title Suit No.31 of 2019 is pending between the parties. Since the suit
    was pending between the parties, this Court in paragraph-8 of the order
    dated 21.02.2024 ordered that the parties should await the final decision
    of the civil suit. It was further ordered that the decision in the civil suit
    will have prevail over the orders which was passed by the Executive
    Courts.

    5. Today, It has been brought to the notice of this Court by the
    learned counsel for the petitioner that the civil suit is still pending and
    has not yet been decided and it is being delayed at the instance of the
    opposite parties.

    6. Considering the said submission, I am not inclined to recall and
    modify the observations made in paragraph 8 of the order dated
    21.02.2024, but it is expected that the Title Suit No. 31 of 2019 be
    disposed of at the earliest by the court concerned, without granting any
    unnecessary adjournment to the parties. The court should make an
    endeavor to take up the suit on day to day basis.

    received and thereafter total amount of Rs.75000/- was siphoned from the
    account of the victim. The CDR of aforesaid seized mobile proves that fraud
    has been committed.

    5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to allow this
    application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection
    with Cyber Crime Case No. 154 of 2025, arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
    Case No. 125 of 2025, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-
    cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar stands rejected.

    6. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.

    7. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six
    months from the receipt of copy of this order.

    5. Considering the aforesaid fact, I am not inclined to allow this
    application. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection
    with Cyber Crime Case No. 33 of 2026, arising out of Deoghar (Cyber) P.S.
    Case No. 163 of 2025, pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-II-
    cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime cases, Deoghar stands rejected.

    6. Accordingly, the instant bail application stands dismissed.

    7. Trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six
