This petition, under Article 226 of Constitution of India, has been filed
seeking the following relief (s):
“The petitioners therefore most humbly pray that,
this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow
the petition and issue a Writ of mandamus /
certiorari or any other suitable writ order or
direction in the nature of writ, thereby, the order
Annexure P/1 may kindly be quashed with all
consequential benefits and the respondents may
kindly be further directed to allow the petitioner to
work till attaining the 62 years of age of
superannuation as recommended by the AICTE/
and pay entire benefits including pay and
NEUTRAL CITATION NO. 2026:MPHC-GWL:18995
allowance as he has not been retired in the age of
60 years. Cost of the petition may also be awarded
to the petitioners or any other order or directions
deemed fit in the facts and circumstances of the
case may kindly be issued.
