1. Heard on IA No.4529 of 2024, which is an application for taking
additional documents on record.
2. On due consideration, the same is allowed and the proposed documents
are taken on record.
3. This petition has been preferred by the petitioner – Bablu @ Manoj
Luwariya under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of
FIR dated 21.09.2020 registered at Crime No.480 of 2020, Police Station –
Staion Road, Ratlam, District Ratlam for offence punishable under Sections
420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC and all consequential proceedings arising
therefrom.
