Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj (Auroora Group), a Finnish compounder investing across multiple sectors, on its initial public offering (IPO) and listing on the Official List of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd.
The result of the IPO was published on April 1, 2026, and trading in Auroora Group’s shares began on Nasdaq Helsinki on April 2, 2026. Auroora Group received gross proceeds of around €40.3 million from the IPO and approximately 1,700 new shareholders. At the offer price, Auroora Group’s market capitalization was approximately €150 million.
DNB Carnegie Investment Bank acted as the sole global coordinator and joint bookrunner, and Nordea Bank acted as joint bookrunner.
