About the Opportunity
Evara Legal LLP is hiring an Associate role in New Delhi. Associates will work directly with the founding partners on a diverse mix of M&A, banking & finance, insolvency, real estate, and regulatory mandates, with real ownership of matters from day one.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, shareholders’ agreements, share purchase agreements, joint venture agreements and financing documents.
- Supporting M&A and private transactions, including due diligence and closing mechanics.
- Advisory work across company law, LLP, FEMA and regulatory matters.
- Direct client interaction and end-to-end transaction responsibility.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: 2–4 years’ PQE in Corporate/Transactional Practice with prior law firm experience.
- Strong drafting and redlining skills with attention to detail.
- Sound grounding in the Companies Act, contract law, and FEMA framework.
- Ability to manage multiple client mandates independently.
