About the Opportunity
Pinnacle Law & Associates is looking to recruit law graduates with 1-3 PQE, having a keen interest in litigation across various courts, forums and tribunals. Must have impressive drafting and research abilities.Â
Roles and Responsibilities
Work offered will span a broad range of litigation matters before Trial Courts (civil and criminal), High Courts, the Supreme Court of India, and various other courts, forums, and tribunals.
The role will involve substantial exposure to litigation practice, including legal research, drafting of pleadings, applications, written submissions, and other court documents, as well as assisting with matters across different stages of proceedings.
Eligibility Criteria
1-3 years of post-qualification experience.
