    About the Opportunity

    Corporate Professionals is looking to hire an Associate to join their ESOP & Insider Trading Laws team.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Advising on ESOP implementation, including drafting legal documents and ensuring compliance.
    • Providing guidance on insider trading regulations and compliance.
    • Assisting in corporate transactions involving ESOP-owned companies.
    • Developing corporate governance policies and procedures.
    • Mitigating legal risks associated with ESOPS and Insider trading.
    • Offering strategic legal counsel tailored to clients’ business objectives and regulatory environment.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Qualified Company Secretary
    • 0-1 years of post-qualification experience
    • Experience in corporate law, particularly in areas related to employee benefits, corporate transactions, and securities regulation.
    • Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
    • The ability to work effectively in a team and manage complex legal matters independently.
    • Prior experience or demonstrated interest in ESOPs, insider trading compliance, or corporate governance is often preferred.
