About the Opportunity

Position Details
- POSITION: Assessment Intern (2 Vacancies)
- DURATION: 3 Months
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4 Months of prior internship experience in IP Law
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting Notice of Opposition, Counter-Statement/Evidence in Support of Reply, Rectification, Notices, and Rejoinders.
- Conducting comprehensive legal research on complex IP matters using standard legal databases.
- Assisting seniors with case analysis, reviewing precedents, and preparing case summaries.
- Drafting legal memos, briefs, opinions, and initial case documentation.
- Demonstrating strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
