About the Opportunity
Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India has opened up applications for Assessment Intern/ Associate for the General Corporate and M&A team.
Eligibility Criteria
- 5-year law degree from a reputed university with a good academic record.
- Experience of training or working with a reputed law firm in the Corporate /M&A practice
- Good understanding of corporate laws including Companies Act, 2013, Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999, SEBI laws, RBI regulations, Indian Contract Act, Industrial and Labour Laws
- CS qualification and related training/work experience would be preferred
