This criminal revision under section 438 read with section 442 of the BNSS,
2023 is preferred being aggrieved by order dated 16.08.2024 in S.T. No.117/2018
arising out of crime No.588/2017 registered at P.S.- Pardeshipura, District Indore
(MP) whereby application under section 319(4)(1)(b) of the Cr.P.C., 1973
(Annexure-A/3) and application under section 216 of the Cr.P.C., 1973
(Annexure-A/4) preferred by prosecution for summoning the respondent no.3 to 8
as an accused and taking cognizance under section 302, 304 read with section 34
of the IPC against them and also adding charges under section 302 of the IPC
against respondent no.2 Vijay have been rejected.
