2. By way of present petition filed under Section 482 of Code of
Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as the ‘CrPC’), the
petitioner herein seeks quashing of the FIR No. 105/2020 dated 28.03.2020
registered at PS Kishangarh, District South – West, for offences punishable
under Sections 188, 269, 270 and 336 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860
(hereinafter referred to as the ‘IPC’), and all the consequential proceedings
emanating therefrom.
