1.    Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a

representation within a period of 7 days in light of Pawan Meena

vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (SBCWP No. 1665/2024) and

Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan,

dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vuqq-&1@2012).

2.    Heard.

3.    Issue notice to the respondent.

4.    On directions of the Court, notices are accepted by Mr. S.S.

Naruka, AAG for the respondent.

5. This Court directs the respondent to consider the

representation of the petitioners, if filed, and decide the same
