1. Appellant Anshul Dixit who is first informant has approached this Court by means of present criminal appeal, challenging the impugned judgement dated 3.9.2025, passed by Sessions Judge, Shahjahanpur in Sessions Trial No. 1451 of 2024 (State of U.P. Vs. Manoj Awasthi and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 24 of 2021, under sections 302/34, 201 IPC, Police Station- Sindhauli, District Shahjahanpur, whereby and whereunder named accused Manoj Awashthi and Malikhan, opposite parties- 2 and 3 herein have been acquitted of the charges framed against them.
2. We have heard Mr. Jainendra Kumar Mishra, along with Mr. Priyanshu Mishra the learned counsel for appellant and the learned A.G.A. for State/opposite party-1.
