02/30.03.2026 Heard Mr. Jai Shankar Tripathi, learned counsel
for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier
rejected in B.A. No. 92 of 2025.
It has been submitted by the learned counsel for
the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since
18.06.2024 and that out of 23 charge-sheet witnesses only 02
witnesses have been examined so far.
Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of
the petitioner.
It appears from the allegations that in course of
committing dacoity the mother of the informant was
murdered. It further appears that on the confession of the
petitioner some looted ornaments were recovered.
Regard being had to the above, I am not inclined to
grant bail to the petitioner. The same is hereby rejected.
