    1. By way of filing the instant petition, a prayer has been made

    for issuing directions to the Investigating Officer for conducting

    fair and impartial investigation of the impugned FIR No.0068/2022

    registered with the Police Station Behror, District Bhiwadi for the

    offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323 & 379 IPC.

    2. At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor on the basis of the

    factual report dated 17.12.2025 received from Station House

    Officer Police Station Behror, District Kotputli, Behror has apprised

    this Court that after investigation, charge-sheet has already been

    submitted against the accused Rajendra and Mamta under

    Sections 341, 342, 323, 325 and 34 IPC on 21.08.2024. Hence,

    under the changed circumstances, this petition has become

    infructuous.

    3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the

    instant criminal misc. petition stands dismissed as having become

    infructuous. Stay application and all pending application(s), if any,

    also stand dismissed.

    4. Factual report dated 17.12.2025 received from Station

    House Officer Police Station Behror, District Kotputli, Behror is

    ordered to be retained on the record.
