    1. Heard Mr. R.K. Mishra along with Mr. S.P. Mishra, the learned counsel for petitioners, the learned A.G.A. for State-respondents 1, 2 and 3 and Mr. Manjeet Kumar, the learned counsel representing first informant-respondent-4.

    2. Perused the record.

    3. Petitioners-Anil Kumar Pandey And Another have approached this Court by means of present criminal misc. writ petition challenging the FIR dated 19.10.2024 lodged by first informant-respondent-4, Jagdish Prasad Gupta and registered as Case Crime No. 0571 of 2024, under Sections 318(4), 316(2), 319(2), 351(2), 352, 336(3), 338, 340 of BNS, Police Station-Meja, District-Prayagraj.

    4. At the very outset, the learned counsel for petitioners submits that after aforementioned impugned FIR was lodged, parties amicably settled their dispute outside the Court. On the basis of settlement so arrived at between the parties, a compromise was entered into. As per the terms of compromise, the petitioners who are nominated as named accused in the FIR were required to return the sale consideration under the disputed sale deed dated 29.04.2024.
