Per Hon’ble Shah J:
1. By way of filing the present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal under
Section 13 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section
96 of CPC, 1908, the appellants-defendants have challenged the

order dated 28.10.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Commercial
Court No.2, Jodhpur in Civil Original Suit No. 25/2022 (N.C.V. No.
37/2021) (C.N.R. No. RJJU0E001000-2018), whereby the suit filed
by the respondent-plaintiff was decreed in his favour and he was
held entitled to get Rs. 9,33,000/- from the appellants-defendants
along with interest @ 12 % per annum w.e.f. 06.08.2019.
