2. The present application is filed seeking
regular bail in Crime No.204/2024 for the offences
punishable under Sections 364, 365, 120-B, 302 and
34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered with
Police Station Janephal, Tq. Mehkar, District
Buldhana.
3. As per the First Information Report, the
informant is the wife of the missing person, namely
Dilip Bhikaji Ingle. On 22/06/2024, Dilip Ingle left
his residence stating that he was proceeding to the
Kopargaon area in District Ahmednagar along with
Sandeep @ Baburao Subhash Shewale, Yogesh

Ramesh Tonde and Sajid Sheikh in connection with a
proposed “money rain” activity. When he did not
return home and could not be contacted or traced,
informant lodged a missing report at Janefal Police
Station on 27/06/2024. On 05/07/2024, during
inquiry by the informant, Sandeep Shewale disclosed
that applicant – Amol Jaysing Rajput arranged the
meeting and was in telephonic contact with Dilip
Ingle regarding the proposed work. Sandeep further
stated that he, along with Dilip Ingle and others,
travelled to Shirdi, where they met three unknown
persons in a white Swift Dzire vehicle and thereafter
proceeded towards Kokandhan, Taluka Kopargaon. It
is alleged that near the SJS Hospital area, four to five
unknown persons arrived in another vehicle, and
assaulted Dilip Ingle and forcibly took him away to
an unknown location. It is further alleged that when
Sandeep informed applicant – Amol Rajput about the
incident, the latter told him not to panic and return
from the place, stating that the other party had
apprehended Dilip Ingle. On the basis of the said
allegations, the present F.I.R. was registered.
