Rule 6 of the CPC has been passed in favour of the Plaintiffs/Respondents
and against the order dated 06.07.2026, whereby, the Review application
filed by the Defendants, seeking review of the partial decree dated
29.04.2026 has been dismissed by the learned District Judge.
