1. The present suit has been filed by the Plaintiff/husband for partition
and permanent injunction against the Defendant/wife in respect of the jointly
purchased property being ½ of 240 sq. yds. Of the Front Side of 59/39, First
Floor, New Rohtak Road, New Delhi admeasuring 120 sq. yds. (hereinafter
referred to as the ‘suit property’).
2. It is stated that the Plaintiff/husband owns 75% and the
Defendant/wife owns 25% of the suit property. It is stated that the parties
got married in 1984 but have been living separately since 2003 and are in
joint and constructive possession of the suit property.
