               UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
                                  O R D E R
    

    1. The issue involved in these cases is about the power to

    condone delay under Section 21(5) of the National

    SPONSORED

    Investigation Agency Act, 2008 in filing appeals. Learned

    counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that in a large number

    of matters, pending the decision on validity, appeals have

    been directed to be heard on merits, notwithstanding the

    delay.

    2. Learned counsel for the respondent(s) in

    SLP(Crl.)No.8497/2026 submits that the mother of the AOR has

    been hospitalized.
