    4. Admittedly, the chargesheet has been filed, and

    therefore, the continued incarceration of the

    appellants is not required. We also take note of

    the period of incarceration undergone by the

    appellants.

    5. In such view of the matter, we are inclined to

    set aside the impugned order passed by the High

    Court and grant bail to the appellants.

    6. Accordingly, the impugned order stands set

    aside, and the appellants are granted bail,

    subject to the terms and conditions that may be

    imposed by the concerned Trial Court.

    7. The appeals stand allowed, accordingly.

    8. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand

    disposed of.
