Evam Vyapharan Prabhavit Kshetra Adhiniyam, 1981, Gwalior, whereby
cognizance has been taken against the present petitioners for offences
punishable under Sections 392, 201, and 120 of IPC read with Section 11/13
MPDVPK Act, and involve identical questions of fact and law, they were
heard analogously and are being decided by this common order.
