Roles & Responsibilities
- Draft replies to GST notices, including SCNs, audit notices, and summons
- Assist in preparation of appeals, rectification applications, and refund submissions
- Conduct legal research on GST law, notifications, circulars, and case laws
- Support in GST compliance review and advisory assignments
- Prepare summaries of case laws and recent developments in indirect tax
- Assist in departmental representations and client meetings
- Review GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and identify issues
- Maintain documentation and track litigation matter
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. (mandatory), CS/CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory)Â
- Experience of 0 to 3 Years
- Strong drafting and legal research skills
- Good understanding of GST law and procedures
- Good communication (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Prior internship or exposure in indirect tax/GST
- Familiarity with GST portal and return filing process
- Knowledge of Excel and basic data handling
