SHS Chambers is a full-service law chamber spanning litigation, dispute resolution, and non-litigation work, built on trust, continuity, and careful stewardship of every matter it undertakes. Operating as an integrated practice, the Chamber manages complex work entirely in-house, ensuring consistency across forums and stages.
With experience before the Supreme Court of India, leading High Courts, and arbitral tribunals, it approaches advocacy with precision and strategic clarity.
Eligibility & Experience
8 to 10 years of PQE.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle a broad spectrum of commercial and civil litigation matters with substantial responsibility, ownership and minimal supervision.
- Draft, settle and review pleadings, applications, written submissions, legal notices and other litigation-related documents.
- Undertake legal research and assist in formulating litigation strategy across diverse areas of practice.
- Brief and assist chamber seniors and Senior Counsel in matters before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
- Appear before Courts, Tribunals, Arbitral Tribunals and other adjudicatory authorities, commensurate with experience.
- Coordinate with clients, instructing advocates and counsel to ensure effective conduct of matters.Â
- Manage matters efficiently while working collaboratively with the wider litigation team.
