About the Job
Chittranjan, Shah, Kay Legal & Associates LLP is hiring an Advocate – Litigation & Insolvency. The role is suited for experienced litigation professionals with exposure to insolvency, banking, and recovery matters before various judicial forums.
Eligibility
Applicants should have:
- 5–6 years of litigation experience.
- Experience appearing before the Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT), National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), and High Court.
- Strong drafting and arguing skills.
- Experience in matters relating to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC), SARFAESI Act, and Banking Laws.

Mumbai.
