    1. By this petition, petitioner herein has challenged order dated 29.04.2026,

    passed by the Ld. Court of Agrarian Reforms Commissioner (Additional

    Deputy Commissioner ) Budgam, in case titled „Ghulam Ahmad Parra and

    Ors. v. Abdul Rehman Baba‟, whereby the applications, filed under Section

    5 of the Limitation Act in assailing mutation N0. 293, dated 07.11.1981 and

    Mutation No. 448 dated 21.11.2000 attested under Section 4 and 8 of J&K

    Agrarian Reforms Act 1976 in respect of land measuring 2 Kanals 9 Marlas

    under Survey No. 138 situated at Estate Alamnag Tehsil Khag District

    Budgam after a period of more than 42 years in challenging Section 4

    mutation and 23 years in challenging the Section 8 mutation attested by the

    revenue authorities, have been allowed without assigning any reason.

    2. Notice waived by Mr. Ilyas Nazir, learned GA on behalf of respondents 1 to

    3, he seeks and is granted four weeks’ time for filing reply with an advance

    copy to the other side.

    3. Notice shall go to respondent Nos. 4 to 10, returnable within a period of four

    weeks subject to taking requisite steps within one week.

    4. List on 19.08.2026.

    5. Meanwhile, subject to objections and till next date of hearing, parties to the

    lis are directed to maintain status quo qua the property in dispute and order

    dated 29.04.2026 shall remain stayed till next date of hearing.

    6. Alteration/modification/vacation on motion.
