Sessions Case No.21/2018, whereby the Appellants/Accused

were convicted of the offence punishable under Section 302
read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code (for short “IPC”)
and sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for life and to
pay fine of Rs.50,000/- each, in default of payment of fine to
suffer simple imprisonment for six months, is under challenge in
the present Appeal.
