1. Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Pandey, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Smt. Shikha Sinha, the learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of the State and perused the records.

By means of the instant petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India the petitioner has challenged the validity of an order dated 06.12.2025, passed by the Judicial Magistrate Third, Ayodhya in Misc. Case No. 194 of 2025: Kamta Prasad Vs. Saroj Kumar Dubey, whereby the application under Section 173 (4) BNSS filed by the petitioner has been rejected. The petitioner had challenged the aforesaid order by filing Criminal Revision No. 6 of 2026, which has been dismissed by means of a judgment and order dated 13.05.2026, passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Ayodhya and the validity of the revisional order has also been assailed through this petition.
