About the Seminar
Law Mantra Trust, in collaboration with the Centre for Innovation and Intellectual Property Rights (CIIPR), Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, is organizing a two-day international seminar on “Inclusive Labor Law Regime in India: Addressing Women Workers, Child Labor, and the Informal Economy” on October 16–17, 2026.

The seminar aims to provide an academic platform for discussions on labor law reforms, women workers, child labor, the informal economy, social security, technological developments, and emerging challenges in employment law.

Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts should be approximately 250 words and submitted in MS Word format.
- The abstract must include the participant’s name, designation/institution, address, email ID, and title of the abstract.
- Selected abstracts will be invited for full paper submission.
- The full paper should be 4,000–10,000 words (including footnotes).
- Submissions must be original and unpublished.
- Citations should follow the Indian Law Institute (ILI), New Delhi, citation style.
Registration Fee
- Students: ₹800 per participant
- Faculty/Professionals/Research Scholars/Others: ₹1,200 per participant
Both authors and co-authors must register separately.

Publication Opportunity
Selected papers will be published in an edited book with an ISBN. Copyright shall remain with the authors and Law Mantra Trust.
