at Chandigarh dated 12.05.2011 passed in
Criminal Misc. No. M-6437/2010 whereby the High
Court has quashed an FIR No. 200 dated
25.08.2009, registered at P.S. Sector 11,
Chandigarh and all consequential proceedings on
the basis of a compromise between the parties.
