This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of
India seeking the following relief/s:-
“to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one
in the Nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Draft
Notification under Section 4(1) of the Land Acquisition
Act of 1894 vide proceedings No.SRP019 dated
22.07.2009 and Draft Notification Under Section 6 of
the Land Acquisition Act vide proceedings No.SRP020
dated 23.07.2009 issued by the 1st respondent by
invoking the urgency clause under section 17 (4) of the
Land Acquisition Act, 1894 as amended from time to
time and dispensing with the procedure contemplated
under Section 5-A of the Land Acquisition Act, is illegal,
arbitrary, unjustified and violative of Articles 14, 21 and
300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to
the Judgments render by this Hon’ble Court as well as
the Hon’ble Apex Court insofar as dispense with the
enquiry under Section 5-A of the Land Acquisition and
to pass…”

2. Heard Sri Sravan Kumar Purella, learned counsel appearing
for the petitioners, who appeared virtually and learned Government
Pleader for Land Acquisition, appearing for the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that, pursuant
to the orders of this Court in the present writ petition, the
compensation has already been paid to the petitioners. Thus, the
cause in the present writ petition no longer survives for
adjudication and seeks to dismiss this Writ Petition as infructuous.
4. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for
the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
