of judgment dated 30.05.2026 passed by the court of learned 1 st Additional
Sessions Judge, Jammu in Criminal Revision No. 159/2024 and the consequential
FIR No. 0090/2026 dated 12.06.2026 registered at Police Station Janipur, Jammu
for commission of offences punishable under Sections 420, 506 & 120-B of the
IPC.
