under Sections 16/20 of the Unlawful Activities

[2] It is on record that the present petitioner had already filed
a petition before this court registered as Cril. Petn. No. 23 of 2025
seeking therein the same reliefs, which are sought herein, i.e., for
quashing the abovementioned FIR. The said earlier Cril. Petn. filed by
the present petitioner was dismissed by this court by a judgment and

order is enclosed herein as Annexure/2 in the present Cril. Petn.
[3] I have carefully perused the said judgment and order and

28-11-2025.
