1. The applicants have filed the present bail applications under
Section 483 of BNSS being aggrieved against the orders dated
17.06.2025 & 13.01.2026 passed by the learned Special Judge,
(NDPS Cases), Additional Session Judge, Churu in Criminal
Miscellaneous Case Nos. 192/2025 and 09/2026 respectively,
whereby the bail applications filed by the accused-applicants
under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. were rejected. The accused-
applicants are behind the bars, pursuant to the F.I.R. No.153/2024
registered at Police Station Kotwali Churu, District Churu, for the
offences punishable under Sections 8, 15 and 29 of NDPS Act,
1985.
