Since the lis raised in all these writ petitions is inter se related
with each other, they are taken up together, heard and being disposed
of by this common order.
2) Writ Petition No.11145 of 2021 is filed questioning the action of
the respondent authorities in interfering with the possession of the
petitioner Company in respect of the land admeasuring 1495.72
square yards forming part of survey No.116/4, Plot No.11 bearing
Door No.8-2-248/A/1, 8-2-248/A/1/P at Khairatabad Village and
PK, J
W.P.No.11145 of 2021 & batch
Mandal, Hyderabad District (in short ‘subject property’) and
consequently to direct the respondents not to interfere with the
possession of the petitioner in respect of the subject property.
