Job Description:
G. Giri & Partners LLP is inviting applications for the position of Legal Associate for advocates seeking to build a long-term career in litigation. The selected candidate will work directly with the firm’s partners on matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts, with extensive exposure to constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal, and arbitration matters.
Details:
• Position: Legal Associate
• Experience: 2–3 Years PQE
• Mode: Full-Time (In-Office)
• Location: B-Block, Greater Kailash-I, New Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct legal research using SCC Online and formulate case strategies.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, and written submissions within timelines.
• Attend client conferences and briefings.
• Coordinate with Senior Counsels and manage case files.
• Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Tribunals, and District Courts.
• Handle matters across constitutional, civil, commercial, criminal, and arbitration practice areas.
Eligibility:
• 2–3 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Delhi is mandatory.
• Prior experience in Supreme Court and High Court litigation will be an added advantage.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and willingness to take ownership of matters.
