Eligibility Criteria
• Qualified Lawyer (LL.B.).
• 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Experience in Banking & Finance, Regulatory Compliance, and General Corporate matters.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks, transaction structuring, and transaction documentation.
• Ability to independently manage transactions with minimal supervision.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
